There are only 3 weeks left until the World March of Women’s 13th International Meeting (IM)! From October 6th-12th, feminist organizers from around the world will join us in Ankara, Turkey under the slogan “World March of Women: Feminist Strength to Transform the World!” We are excited to also be celebrating the 25th anniversary of World March of Women, commemorating a quarter century of feminist action and international solidarity.
Our 13th IM will be attended by over 100 National Coordinating Body (NCB) delegates from 62 countries internationally. This meeting, which occurs every two years, acts as a general assembly and decision-making structure for the World March of Women. The IM provides us with an important opportunity to strengthen our movement by sharing our struggles as women and engaging in collective discussion and analysis incorporating diverse international perspectives. During this upcoming IM, we will decide the context and forms of the 6th International Action in 2025, in addition to organizing several political, cultural and artistic public events.
