


On June 13, the World March of Women across Europe came together for 2 days in Marseille, to realize the European Stage of the 6th International Action, spoke up and said ‘’We march against capitalism and war, we defend people’s sovereignty and buen vivir.’’
The action started with an opening ceremony and continued with its first discussion: Migrant Women and Right-Wing Politicians, where women are displaced from their countries as a consequence of heteropatriarchal, imperialist and capitalist action over the territories, yet refugees. On the second day, the discussion topic was related to peace and demilitarization, focusing on violence against women in closed war areas, emphasizing the impact of militarism on women.

This day is followed by the discussion adaptation of food systems to climate change. Lastly, the last session of the event was about daily life and work of women. The Swiss delegation has read the declaration for an inclusive action of trans women and sex workers.
In the end of the discussions, the demonstration started from the Faculty, to the town. More than 400 people attended the European Stage, this was a valuable gathering where comrades of WMW shared their experiences in keeping the struggle alive.
