As we welcome 2026, we take a collective moment to look back at the road we have walked together. The past year marked our 6th International Year—a year shaped by resistance, care, courage, and collective creation. It was also a year deeply scarred by wars driven by imperialist powers, where women, children, and entire communities paid the highest price for domination, profit, and control.
And yet, 2025 was also a year of feminist resistance.
From streets to assemblies, from local struggles to international actions, we continue to show that the World March of Women is alive, rooted, and growing.
As we step into 2026, we reaffirm our commitment through our Calendar of Action, which marks key moments of international feminist mobilization throughout the year:
As we move forward, we do so with deep gratitude for every sister, every collective, and every act of commitment that strengthens our movement. We enter 2026 determined to continue dismantling patriarchy, racism, capitalism, colonialism, and all systems of oppression we struggle against.
We know the road ahead is not easy. But we also know this: we do not walk alone.
May this new year bring us renewed strength, tenderness in our care for one another, and unwavering courage to continue our struggle. May our hopes come true, our resistance be joyful, and our dreams remain stubbornly alive.
With love, solidarity, and feminist determination, we will keep building a world where exploitation, oppression, intolerance, and exclusion no longer exist—and where integrity, diversity, and the rights and freedoms of all are fully respected.
🎉 Happy New Year from the World March of Women 🎉
