From the World March of Women we congratulate the women and men who have made concrete the creation of the Simón Bolivar Institute for Peace and Solidarity of the Peoples in Venezuela in the difficult circumstances imposed by Covid-19, the blockade and the unilateral sanctions against the Bolivarian people.
The Simón Bolivar Institute for Peace and Solidarity of the Peoples presents itself as a necessary space where peoples, social movements, women and men who dream and struggle will meet to continue weaving networks of solidarity and articulation that will assure the overthrow of patriarchy, capitalism, imperialism and the racism that especially suffocates the women of Our America.
The Institute presents itself as the ideal space to express solidarity with the Venezuelan people and to know the true scope of their struggle and resistance.
